Privacy at NoWeekends.

This explains how NoWeekends WebDesign handles information from website visitors, inquiries and customer projects.

Updated

Information you provide

When you request a scope review, we collect your name, business name, email address, service area, services, optional current website address, project goal and permission to reply. We also record when the request arrived and its reference number.

If you proceed with a project, we collect the agreed scope, business state, approvals and business content needed to build and manage your website. This can include a public contact email or phone number, text, logos, photos and design references. Content you approve for a live website becomes public on that website.

If you ask us to register a domain, we collect the registrant’s name, organization if applicable, mailing address, phone number and email address. Please leave passwords, card details and sensitive personal information out of inquiry and project fields.

How we use it

We use these details to review and respond to your request, agree project requirements, deliver approved work, manage payments and domain services, and keep records of requests and approvals. We also use request information to prevent duplicate submissions and limit abuse.

The inquiry reply checkbox covers your request and related follow-up. It does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing emails. If your link includes campaign labels, we save the accepted labels with your request to understand where inquiries came from. Those labels are not proof that a campaign caused a sale.

Services involved

Our website and application use Render for hosting. Website delivery also uses GitHub to manage source files. Email providers process messages you send to our contact addresses.

When checkout is available, Stripe handles the payment page and card entry. Our application keeps payment references, amounts, status and related agreement records. Enter payment details only on the hosted payment page, not in our inquiry form.

When we register or manage a domain for you through Name.com, the registrar receives the required registration details. Its handling of those details is separate from our inquiry form. Hosting, payment, email and domain providers have their own privacy practices.

Cookies, browser storage and campaign labels

Our marketing pages do not currently run advertising pixels or third-party visitor analytics scripts. They do not change their behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. We do not embed third-party behavioral advertising tools to track your activity over time and across other sites. Services you visit separately, such as Stripe’s hosted checkout, have their own tracking practices. The campaign script carries only five optional labels in page links: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term. It does not create a tracking cookie or browser identifier.

The inquiry page uses browser session storage to recover a pending submission after a connection problem. This may include the details you entered. Purchase and project pages also use session storage for private access references. Owner dashboard sign-in uses a session cookie. These functions are separate from advertising tracking.

Normal website requests expose technical request information to the hosting service. Page addresses and campaign labels can appear in browser history and server logs. Do not put personal information or secrets in campaign labels or page links.

Keeping information

Original inquiry records are marked to expire 90 days after submission. The application’s scheduled cleanup removes expired inquiries. If a request becomes a prospect or project, separate records are kept for continuing discussions and delivery. The inquiry expiry does not automatically delete project, payment, domain or approval records.

Browser session storage supports the current browsing session and can be cleared through your browser. A pending submission older than one hour is no longer restored as an active draft when the page loads. This browser storage is separate from information already received by our server.
